Amrita School of Computing
Computer Science & Engineering (Quantum Computing)
(CSE-QT)
A B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Quantum Computing is a future-oriented degree that bridges the gap between classical computer science and the principles of quantum mechanics.
This curriculum is:
- Aligned closely to B.Tech CSE core curriculum
- Gradually builds quantum skills from foundations to advanced
- Allows students to attempt GATE CSE as is
- Provides professional electives for advancing skills in AI, Computer Science, and Quantum Computing
Eligibility Criteria:
A pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and not less than 50% in each subject individually.
Amaravati Campus: Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th class.
Admission Process:
Admission is based on rank scored in AEEE 2026 or JEE Mains 2026 percentile score. Candidates must participate in the Centralised Seat Allotment Process.
Focuses on next-generation computing using quantum algorithms, qubits, and advanced computational models to solve complex real-world problems beyond the limits of classical systems.
